I’m Ryan

...and I’ve helped businesses like yours double their profile traffic using local customer reviews.  Stick around—I’ll show you how to dominate your local market and get more customers through your door!

Let me share a quick story.

When I ran my own business, I was buried on Google’s third page—until I focused on customer reviews.  One client I coached went from 5 to 40 reviews in two months, and their profile views skyrocketed by 250%.  Reviews are your secret weapon: they tell Google your business is the go-to choice in your area.

Think of Google’s algorithm as a popularity contest.

Each review is a vote that pushes your business higher in local search results.  Reviews signal trust and relevance, making Google prioritize your profile.

...they turn searchers into paying customers.  The best part?  You don’t need a huge budget or tech skills.  My six-step system will help you get more reviews, rank higher, and grow your business—starting today.

Reviews do more than boost rankings

Step 1: Optimise Your Profile

First, make your Google Business Profile irresistible.  Ensure your business name, address, phone number, and hours are accurate.  Add high-quality photos and a compelling description, like “Serving [city] with top-rated [service]!” A complete profile encourages more reviews.

Step 2: Ask for Reviews Strategically

Don’t just hope for reviews—ask for them at the right moment.  After a successful transaction, send a personalised email or text: “Loved working with you! Could you share your experience on Google?”   Timing is everything.

Step 3: Simplify the Review Process

Make leaving a review effortless.  Create a direct Google review link (find it in your Google Business dashboard) and share it via email or QR codes. For example, a retail store could print QR codes on receipts. Easy access means more feedback.

Step 4: Encourage Unique Reviews

Stand out by prompting creative reviews.  Instead of generic requests, ask, “What’s one thing you love about our [product/service]?”  Customers can share heartfelt stories, making your profile authentic and engaging.  ...or ask for photos with the review to boost visibility.

Step 5: Use Gentle Reminders

Keep asking for reviews without being pushy. Follow up 48 hours after a purchase with a friendly nudge: “Your feedback helps us grow! Share your experience here.”  An online shop I work with added this to their thank-you emails, increasing reviews by 25%.  Try reminders like website pop-ups or social media posts.

Step 6: Build a Review System

Turn reviews into a habit.  Embed your review link in email signatures, invoices, and customer touchpoints.  Track which methods work best (e.g., emails vs. QR codes) and scale them.  It’s a self-running growth machine.
